At 40 years old, he's a self-taught serial investor, accomplished entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Born to Algerian immigrants, Noa's early life was shaped in the challenging environment of the ghetto suburbs of Lille, France. More recently, he launched Don't Quit Ventures, a pioneering fund aimed at accelerating progress in emerging markets by leveraging proven business models.
